ABOUT

There are very few places as intimate and enchanting as Lamole. Its wines have characteristics as unique, distinctive, and inimitable as the region. Organically managed vineyards in the heart of the Chianti Classico region produce wines with an impressive flavor profile with refinement and depth. 

This vineyard sits on ancient terraces, cultivated using the alberello lamolese bush training system. The sandy soil of the Chianti massif, cool breezes, and bright sunlight create the ideal conditions for a powerful wine.  

TASTING NOTES 

It is complex in structure, rich in aromatics, and seductive on the palate. A concentrated, bright, ruby red color acts as a prelude to the bouquet of violets and red and black berry fruits, which mingle attractively with spicy and balsamic aromas. On the palate, it is powerful and vigorous, dynamic and elegant. Because of its concentration and depth, this is an especially food friendly wine.

ENJOY WITH 

Richly flavored soups, pasta dishes with game sauces, and slow-cooked meat recipes full of spices and herbs. Excellent with mature cheeses.
